Migdon Allen Associates has been serving the employee benefit needs of employers since 1987. We manage more than $150,000,000 in annual employee benefit program premium with a variety of different industries serviced. As a result of the large volume of employee benefit dollars under management, Migdon Allen Associates enjoys very strong relationships with many insurance companies. Migdon Allen Associates has experienced Account Managers that keenly understand the challenge of providing the best service available. Systems have been developed in order to do so. Health insurance service is a particularly sensitive area and employees get personally involved with the Account Manager to help resolve very sensitive and very important health insurance claim issues. As a result Migdon Allen Associates retains their client base.

Migdon Allen Associates makes it a business practice to review their clients employee benefit programs at least annually, if not more frequently, to make sure that the employer's objectives are met. Insurance companies are aware of this and work alongside of Migdon Allen Associates to deliver the best product available. Stuart Migdon is personally involved and oversees each of Migdon Allen Associates clients in one way or another to make sure there is complete client satisfaction.

Meet the team

Stuart Migdon
Principal and Senior Director of Employee Benefits

Stuart will oversee the account. Stuart graduated from Dowling College in 1980 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting. He began his career in public accounting, obtained a Certified Public Accountant designation and entered the financial services industry in 1984. Since that time, Stuart has obtained his Life, Health, and Property & Casualty license and has been Consulting with various clientele in regard to a variety of insurance and financial related issues. Stuart specializes in the field of health insurance related matters affecting both employers and employees. Stuart will review all of the Account Manager's work.

Stuart thoroughly reviews the plan documents, benefit summaries and claim details to ensure that the benefit program is not only offering benefits at least equal to the prior plan (where applicable), but to also ensure all benefit programs being offered are the most suitable to the specific needs of your employees. Stuart is available to attend employee meetings when requested, and communicate with respect to plan design. Stuart also negotiates renewals with current carriers and canvasses the marketplace to ensure the most competitive premiums are obtained. Stuart is also available to the Client and their staff when necessary to review claim reports, renewals, recommendations etc. Stuart would also be responsible for any special projects that are requested. On a quarterly basis Migdon Allen Associates (MAA) would prepare detailed reports for each plan offered which reflect claim experience, and high level claims when that information is available.

Susan Kyrillos
Client Development and Retention Director

Susan has worked with Migdon Allen Associates since 2002, specializing in health insurance employee benefits, new client development, and retention management. She has an extensive background in various senior level positions in government and the private sector. Susan was Associate Vice President and Counselor to the President at Monmouth University and previously at the Princeton Public Affairs Group. She has served on numerous boards including the Monmouth Medical Center Foundation, Prevention First, The Rumson Country Day School Board and 180 Turning Lives Around. Susan is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and holds a Master's degree from Seton Hall University.

Denise Gigantino
Employee Benefits Account Manager

Denise is an Account Manager for Migdon Allen Associates. She brings more than 15 years experience in the employee benefits industry, specializing in large group insurance plans. Denise leads the employee benefits client management process including plan design, marketing, enrollment, administration, claims and financial management. Prior to joining Migdon Allen Associates, she held positions of increasing responsibility in the employee benefits divisions of the Prudential Insurance Company of America.

Kimberly Gonzales
Employee Benefits Account Manager

Kim is an Assistant Account Manager for Migdon Allen Associates. She brings more than 35 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, specializing in client servicing. Kim assists with the employee benefits client management process including plan design, marketing, enrollment, administration, claims and financial management. Prior to joining Migdon Allen Associates, she held positions of increasing responsibility in the employee benefits division with a private insurance agency.
