We annually provide a full market review and analysis to ensure the current benefit programs are providing the best value to your company.

As needs and goals are modified, we facilitate the introduction of new programs from the proposal stage, to implementation and once implemented, a review of client satisfaction.

We direct and manage the renewal process to negotiate the best pricing from current and/or new vendors.

As standard operating procedures, we will plan and coordinate open enrollment for your employees, schedule vendor participation, and provide all necessary open enrollment materials.
